Event Description
Come join us in a celebration of delicious wines and cheeses from around the world! We will be tasting a wide range of reds and whites, including the much demanded Silver Oak Cabernet. We will have tastings of
Twomey, Sauvignon Blanc, paired with Mt. Tam
Pali, Chardonnay, paired with Meule de Savoie
Marietta, Red Zinfandel, paired with Parmigiano Reggiano
Twomey, Merlot, paired with Reypenaer 2-year Gouda
Pine Ridge, Chenin Blanc/Viognier, paired with Vermont Creamery Cremont
Silver Oak, Alexander Valley Cabernet, paired with 6 month Manchego
Special guests Brett Randall of Star Distributing and Anita Kaul of Whole Foods will be on hand to help us understand and appreciate what we are tasting.
In addition to the wonderful wines and cheeses, we will also have a distinctive selection of gifts available in the accompanying Silent Auction.
Proceeds from the event will support the mission and ministries of St. George's including its outreach efforts with many local organizations.
The tasting will be held in the parish hall of the church, 2425 S. Germantown Road.
Over 21 only for the wine tasting, of course, but childcare is provided!
